Poor Concrete Work - Shop Floor

This is my wavy concrete floor. It's taken 4 months to get this floor including the month I gave them to fix it. When I told them that the floor wasn't of the quality I was expecting, they told me that I should have had the contract mention "Showroom Floor" quality. These high spots are where the elevation pins were and where they raked the concrete during the pour. They were in a hurry and the quality shows.
