List of Scientists Rejecting Evolution- Do they really?

We have all seen the Discovery Institutes list of scientists rejecting evolution. I analyzed the list, and emailed its signees. The truth of the matter is, DI lied repeatedly when constructing the list, and, by their own admission, even IF the numbers are skewed hugely in favor or the creationists, this still leaves .0027% of scientists in the US rejecting evolution. Does Concrete Crack Repair Really Work?

There have been many attempts over the years to fix cracks rather than the expensive alternative to removing concrete and repouring. Despite all the efforts concrete crack repair remedies didn't always work due to flaws of product capabilities.

The Next Generation of Repair Products

The evolution of concrete products has been learned from coatings. For example acrylic sealers are the most inexpensive coating and have been used for years to protect concrete surfaces. They led to the use of epoxies and urethanes that have been the standard industrial coatings for decades. Variations have been produced. However these products are simple chemical combinations with little variance.

In recent years polyurea and polyaspartics have been developed that are complex chemicals that when combined produce unique results. Polyureas have the unique ability to "wet" into concrete. What this means is that when applied to a porous cement surface they actually absorb into the pores like water soaks into a sponge rather than sticking to a surface like a piece of tape as is the case with epoxies. When the polyureas cure they become part of the concrete.

So polyureas are now the top of the pyramid of coating and repair product evolution.

Features of Polyaspartics and Polyureas

As mentioned polyureas will absorb into a porous cement surface. Polyaspartics are added to polyureas which will increase or decrease the cure time depending on the situation. This is extremely unique in the hands of an experienced applicator. The combination can be adjusted depending on the temperature and climate. In a hot weather climate like Florida the cure time can be slowed while in Minnesota the cure time can be increased. This has opened up new markets and opportunities for coating applicators. For instance a garage floor can be resurfaced in a day with a result that would take 3-4 days for a result superior to an epoxy.

For commercial and industrial floors the result is more profound. The rapid cure capabilities enable an applicator to apply a high performance coating without the business having to shut down. This saves the business money and opens up a new opportunity for an applicator.

Polyureas as a Concrete Crack Repair Product

Concrete is one of the most used commodities on the planet and always cracks. Until recently crack fillers lacked a few critical components preventing them from performing. First they are typically too thick to flow to the bottom of the crack. Cracks are seldom straight. A four inch thick cracked slab might have a dog leg part way down. If the crack filler is too thick it would stop at the first angle. The problem is that cracks are like vents for moisture vapor. If the crack is not filled to the bottom moisture vapor will travel up the crack and work real hard to push weakness out of the way.

The second major issue is for crack filler to cure below the surface and frequently a damp surface. Moisture vapor that travels upwards through a crack will make the porous walls of the crack damp. Crack fillers don't have a chance. They usually stay wet and never cure. For years it's always been thought that what you can't see can't hurt you.

Imagine all the millions of dollars worth of crack filler worldwide that doesn't work. Polyureas have solved that problem. Keep in mind that all polyureas are not the same. However they can be thin enough to be poured into a crack and flow all the way to the bottom. As mentioned earlier they have the ability to wet into concrete so when filled into a crack they are absorbed into the walls and become part of the slab.

Amazing but true that they have the ability to cure below the surface and are activated by moisture. Finally they can flex with movements in the floor. Not only are they an extraordinary crack repair product but polyureas can be used to repair flaws in the surface. In fact polyureas are being used to fix floors that look like they have no hope.

They then round them into shallow bays and then proceed to (not always, depending on the location) inflect incredible pain and ultimate death on the highly social highly intelligent marine mammals by stabbing them with spears and other similar objects. Most will end up in sushi bars or on supermarket shelves. But some lucky or unlucky ones will have their lives spared to be destined for a life in captivity. To live in an alien world from their own in a concrete tank forced to do common tricks for a public that is purposefully mislead by the facts. Violently capturing wild dolphins from their home and killing them for meat and to be housed in captivity is one of the most immoral, wrongful, cruel, horrific and shameful acts human beings can display towards animals. What god given right do we have to do such a thing? none! that's what. Its disgusting and a complete crime to encase them in a tank so small their up and down one end in two and half seconds.
